Almost 12 years ago I started my career with IBM as System Engineer. Since then I held senior tech & management positions in Fortune 500 companies in diverse industries (Health, Telecom and Financial Services).
I'm the founder and CEO of Silverlite, a boutique agency focusing on IT software development, performance marketing, and delivering compelling designs. Our mission is to empower busy entrepreneurs with a dedicated team of experienced tech support specialists, enabling continuous business growth. The team takes care for everything while Entrepreneurs focus on what matters most – steering their company!

I was born in Mumbai (the financial capital of India) and raised in an Armed Forces family which made me travel to almost all 28 states and 8 UTs of my country India. But, in search of a stable life, my mother decided to settle down in our native town, Dharamshala, in the lap of the Himalayas, also famously known as the Abode of His Highness Dalai Lama. I live and work from Dharamshala.

Why I do what I do:
I get a kick out of solving problems and shaping new businesses. It is one of the key reasons I quit the corporate world and set up my own small tech consulting company. The more complex the problem, the more interesting it is and the more gratifying it is to solve.

1. Contractual Hiring Model: In this model, my client hires me directly to work for their company on a contractual basis. I dedicate specific hours to work with them, providing my expertise and services as needed.

2. Digital Agency Model: Here, my clients may be seeking a digital agency to work with, and this is where my team at Silverlite comes into play. Silverlite, as a digital agency, specializes in building amazing digital products, providing a range of services from web development to digital marketing and beyond.
With each new client I work with, I learn better ways of driving change and improvement. Over time, this has helped me become a better technocrat and develop knowledge and skill across a wide range of industries. I work collaboratively; I simply do not believe in working any other way.
