Ensured smooth changes in toughest type of changes - Human Capital Management, including team reorganizations, makeup operational changes. Created Quality and Evaluations framework. Conceptualized real time adoption survey to implement effective stakeholder mapping. Drafting business readiness plans and success forecasting through extensive research.
